Returns & Exchanges

At Twinkle Twinkle Tees, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your tees in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
